How Venatic Consulting reviews service cancellations, completed work and refund eligibility.
Welcome to Venatic Consulting. We have confidence in our range of services, products and business solutions, and we work to provide fast, reliable and professional service to every client.
Services available through our website are carried out after project analysis and scope alignment. This helps both parties understand the work clearly and reduces the possibility of cancellation, reversal or dispute. Any refund or service cancellation is handled according to the conditions below.
Refunds and Cancellation
At Venatic Consulting, each service engagement follows its own scope, delivery timeline and resource plan. Refund and cancellation decisions are therefore reviewed according to the nature of the service and the stage of delivery.
Cancellation Policy
- A subscriber may place a cancellation order for a particular service within 36 hours of the service agreement using the prescribed cancellation process.
- No cancellation is available for services offered with promotional discounts on special occasions such as Independence Day, Christmas and New Year. These are limited edition offers and any refund may not be possible.
- Venatic Consulting will not entertain cancellation requests for services such as domain name registration and domain name transfer.
- Fees once paid will not be refunded, even if the cancellation is posted within 12 hours.
- A service may stand cancelled if the next payment is not received within 7 working days.
Refund Policy
- Every service offered by us follows a different course of action from start to finish, so refund eligibility may differ from one service to another.
- Because resources are involved in achieving every milestone of a campaign, refunds will not be entertained for work already completed.
- No refund is available for fees paid as administrative fees or installation charges.
- Taxes paid on services levied by regulatory bodies will not be refunded with the fee refund.
- No refund will be entertained if a service is cancelled due to violation of the terms stated in our Terms and Conditions.
